PLC & Embedded

We mainly offer Programming services for OEM / Machine Manufacturers. We also design and manufacture PLC or Embedded based control systems based on Enduser requirements. We have system design and PLC Programming expertise on brands like Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, ABB, Schnider, B&R and Vigor. We have programmed more than 400 PLC based systems.

SCADA & DAQ

We offer solutions for gathering Data from PLCs or embedded controllers and providing Graphic User Interface on Computer. This involves Mimics, alarms management, Data Storage, Statistical Process Control, Text and Graphic Reports for Audit and MIS purpose and Network data exchange. We are distributor for Elipse SCADA and Elipse E3 . These are the products manufactured by Elipse Software, Brazil. Wide range of PLC communication is possible through more than 300 PLC drivers and also OPC connectivity. We have developed more than 50 communication drivers

ERP & MES

These are Business Solutions. We have expertise in understanding Business Processes and offering fully configured Modular ERP solution for all operations inside a business CRM, Sales, Purchase, Stores, Accounts, MRP, HR, Service and maintainance. Our ERP data resides either in MySQL, SQLServer or Oracle. We offer MES solutions for discrete and batch manufacturing plants. MES is a interface software between ERP and SCADA / PLC or Embedded Systems. MES covers right from planning, Scheduling upto live visibility of manufactruing process, OEE and Yield calculations etc. This layer is useful for production optimisation. We also offer solutions for track and trace , Product geneology.

Integrated our systems with SAP-MM using through SAP BAPI Interface using SAP-RFC calls SAP-NCO for .net. This was a Pharmaceutical application having integration of 80+ HMI units with RFID , Barcode reader each and 5 SCADA computers and 5 TV viewers. All the setup is live connected to SAP Server installed at Canada.
